The place was clean and staff were personable, I appreciated cozy location. The room was well furnished and offered shampoo and toiletries, so that guests had essentials. Breakfast included meats, slices of fresh bread, hot waffles, coffee and toast and was efficient! Speedy check-in & nice service.

The best 4 stars experience compared to other hotels. The hotel was stunningly beautiful, the room was extremely comfortable and I liked HONEST staff. Clean pool and public beach. 0.5 miles away from Isla Mujeres airport.

We loved this place, it's magical. Puerto Juarez district deserves your attention. Furthermore, it's close enough to the harbour where the ship leave for isla mujeres, ultrama ferries and water. What is more, free WiFi worked throughout the property.
